If the opponent attacks with banelings, try to send 1 zergling to attract so that the baneling will explode at the cost of your 1 zergling. This can only be done if the opponent doesnt use the hold position or doenst click on a empty area to move to the destination. So that baneling will auto attack the enemy if they come to close.

What to do if your oppenent build 4 or 5 roaches with lings.?

Well build more zerglins, because with the upgrades of the lings and the mass amount of lings you have against a small amount of roaches, your lings will defeat the roaches. 

Use the ability burrow 

Burrow a large army in a area which the opponent doesnt scan or scout with raven or observer. If they have a observer or raven, destroy it first and use a small army to attract the opponent army to the burrowed army. When the opponent army is extactly on top, then unburrow. Some Burrowed banelings will help damaging the enemy units.
